Mr. Ganesh Neelam (Executive Director) Manages the overall portfolio of the CInI. He has over nine years of experience and was earlier associated with BAIF, Pune.

Mr. Kiran Petare (Coordinator Livelihood) Provides Monitoring and technical support to projects under CInI and is coordinating Vanabandhu Kalyan Yojana project with Government of Gujarat. He was earlier associated with BAIF, Pune and has eight years of experience.

Mr. Subhankar Chatterjee (Coordinator Microfinance)  Manages the Microfinance Unit of CInI. Prior to joining CInI he was working with PRADAN and has over eight years of experience in the development sector.

Ms. Swati Singh (Coordinator Knowledge Management) Handles the Knowledge management unit of CInI. She is M.Phil in Natural Resource Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.

Mr. Aditya Petawal (Coordinator Research and Documentation) Handles Research and Documentation at CInI. He has over 3 years experience of implementing NRM, Health and Rural Development projects. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Rural development from XISS Ranchi and M.Phil in NRM from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal

Ms. Tasneem Khorakiwala (Team Leader, CInI-W): Manages the Grant management, Networking and Coordination portfolio of the CInI-west office in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. Passed out from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she has over 13 years of experience and was earlier associated MPRLP and Planning Commission.

Mr. Ayan Deb (Coordinator Programme Monitoring) Monitor different partners of CInI, support them in terms of programmatic development and assess the critical gap in the effective implementation of programmes. Passed out from XISS (PGDRD), Ranchi, he has almost 4 years of experience and was earlier associated with CARE India.

Mr. Anil Gupta (Coordinator Natural Resource Management) Coordinates Livelihood Development programmes in Dangs district under Tribal Development Department of Gujarat Government. An M.tech in Agriculture Engineering also gives technical and monitoring support to projects under livelihood. He has over 6.5 years of experience and was prior associated with Sadguru Foundation.
