years of experience in the field of rural livelihoods and natural resource management.

Agriculture Officer
Dr.Ramesh.K.Bariya
Dr. Bariya holds Ph.D.
in Agriculture Extension and has eight years of experience in the field of Research,
Extension and Training. At present he is working as Agriculture Officer and associated
with the training of service provider, NGO coordinator and farmers in Kharif Maize
Stabilization Programme. He is also providing technical inputs in KMS project.

Team Leader, CInI-West
Sujit G Kumar
Manages the grant management, networking and
coordination portfolio of the CInI-West office in Ahmadabad, Gujarat and also coordinating
the Community Based Organizations (CBOs) theme of CInI. He is an alumnus of Xavier
Institute of Social Sciences (XISS) and has more than 16 years of experiences in
working with different development agencies. He has served as a CEO of Coastal Salinity
Prevention Cell (a joint initiative of AKRSP and SRTT) for five years and also worked
as a consultant with G
TZ in the Gujarat Development forestry Project.

Rajnish Parmar
Provides technical support in overall Database management of CInI. Skilled in Developing
Database,
Troubleshooting, Testing, Documentation, System and Program Security, System Analysis,
Application & program management and technical support. More than 10 years of
professional IT/Database experience in which 6 years spent with Development sector.

Technical Officer - Agriculture
Sudipta Das
M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Soil Sc.(NRM) from BCKV, West Bengal in 2002 and having 9
years of experience. With CInI, working as an Agriculture Officer and associated
with the training of NGO coordinators, service providers and farmers in Kharif Paddy
Stabilization Programme. He is also providing technical inputs in all the other
agriculture related projects. Prior to this he was associated with RDA - Ghatsila
& PRADAN - Purulia.

Dayaram Dabhi
B.Sc. (Agriculture) from Gujarat Agriculture University, Anand, Gujarat, in 1990.
Before joining CInI he was a Senior Officer - Plantation in Ruchi Soya Industries
Limited, Anand, Gujarat. Prior to that he was Agriculture Development Officer in
Shroffs Foundation Trust, from January 1992 to February 2007. and in Gujarat State
Seed Certification Agency as Seed Supervisor from February 1991 to December 1991.

Vivek Vishal Singh
P.G. Diploma in Development
Management from Tata-Dhan Academy, Madurai Tamilnadu., in 2007, after completing
B.A. (Honours) in 2003.He is also completed Film Appreciation Organized by the Society
for Promotion of Professional Excellence, Celluloid chapter and Federation of Film
Societies of India (Eastern Region) in 2002. Before joining CInI he was Project
Coordinator in Foundation for Ecology Security, Bhilwara, from May 2008 till join
CInI. Prior to that he was also Project Coordinator in Shramik Bharti, Kanpur from
March 2007 to March 2008.

Shanker Dayal Sharma
PGDRD from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi in 2010, after completing
B.Tech (E&C) from Faculty of Engineering & Technology, from Gurukula Kangri
Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar in 2008. Before joining CInI he was associated with DSAG,
TDD (Govt. of Gujarat)as a Consultant at Ahwa in the Dangs District of Gujarat,
from June 2010 till join CInI. Prior to that he was also associated with DSAG, TDD
(Govt. of Gujarat) as a Consultant at Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar from April 2010 to
June 2010. He was also associated with XISS, Ranchi as Research Associate from June
2008 to March 2010 and also as Research Trainee in GKV, Haridwar place at Rajasthan
and Uttrakhand from June 2006 to June 2008.

Malvika N.
Ms. Malvika is a Commerce Graduate from Ranchi University in 2009. At present she
is perusing CA (PCC). After completing Graduation , She joined as an Article Assistant
under P.K. Barman & Co. During his Articleship she was associated with Tata
Steel Rural Development Society, and various banks like Bank of Baroda, Union Bank
and Corporation Bank. She was also associated with Tata Steel (Provident Fund),
United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Beldih Club & Tata Yodogawa (Superannuation
Fund).

Coordinator Agriculture and Agri-Markets
Sayed Anees Rizwi
Coordinating Agriculture and Agriculture Markets theme in CInI and support them
in terms of Agriculture development. Assess the critical gap in supply chain of
agriculture input and produce in development programmes. He has done post graduation
in Agri-Business Management from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar and
has more than eight years of experience in working with development sector.
